I place the order by mistake last night…

I place the order by mistake last night but cant cancel my order on the site. I called customer service this morning. They cant cancel my order or applied any my discount. Which ridiculous coz i just placed 10 hrs ago.

Expensive Jacket, Cheap Zipper

Bought a men's fleece jacket with college logo for my husband, October 2020 and it wasn't cheap. By January, the zipper was coming apart. Sent it back via all the return processing they requested. This is the third jacket to have the zipper fizzle out. It was not repairable and got it back today. Hugely disappointed that a new jacket was not sent. I am done buying Columbia products and have them fall apart.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND…

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I AM DONE WITH COLUMBIA. I ORDERED 2 PAIR OF SHOES. WAITED FOR WEEKS. RECEIVED 1 INCORRECT SHOE. TRIED TO RETURN IT. THEY SENT ME JUST 1 RETURN LABEL AT THE BEGINNING. I TALKED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINALLY SENT ME 2 FREE RETURN LABEL. I WENT TO UPS DROPPED IT OFF BUT GUESS WHAT? PAID FOR RETURN BOX. NOT ENDED YET! WAITED FOR RETURN MONEY AND THEY SENT ME ONE OF THEM'S RETURN MONEY. TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE WAS TOO AGGRESSIVE. SHE TOLD ME WHY I AM WAITING FOR SECOND ONE'S RETURN MONEY. I SAID BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR IT. AND SHE SAD OKAY THE OTHER ONE'S STATUS IS STILL PENDING. I SPENT MY TIME TO RETURN INCORRECT ITEM, SPENT MONEY, TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, TALKED TO ALMOST 8 CUSTOMER WORKERS AND STILL COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. I MEAN HOW CAN IT HAPPEN? IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. NON-PROFESSIONAL. I SHOCKED! VERY POPULAR BRAND AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE. NEVER AGAIN! NEVER EVER!

Excellent winter clothing

I`m an owner of 2 winter coats and a pair of boots by Columbia. These are just exquisite. Any temperature, wind, snow or rain - you feel comfortable and dry. I recommend!

Initial experience was fine

Initial experience was fine, afterwards not so good. I got my items on time. Their coupon and reward system on the other hand is awful. They lost my interest when my next order was cancelled and I lost all use of any promotion coupons and e-card rewards. Won't be giving them anymore of my money. Not going to wait for their phone service as it continually says the'll pick up in 23 or 22 minutes. Doesn't sound like they answer their phones even. The chat feature tells you to call. Not a happy customer!!! Beware of misleading offers that don't work if your order gets cancelled. You won't be able to use them again. Learned my lesson and can't say that I would recommend this website to make purchases from.

To bad I can not give Columbia sportswear - 0.0000*1 star rating. This company could not care less if orders that were placed online are delivered or not. I ordered an winter jacket on 12/05 , today is 12/24 and nothing. According to Columbia sportswear customer service: " it will arrive in couple a days or maybe next week ". We had a snow storm a few days ago and today it's raining . I hope Columbia /USPS will deliver my winter jacket before summer ...

I'll be brief ZERO customer service

I'll be brief ZERO customer service, no way to leave feedback. My first and LAST time ordering from them. Ordered wrong size realized immediately but no way to cancel and change size called texted on hold for 2 hours!! Now paying for return!! Hideous service..agree if with others leaving one star because there's no way to leave ZERO.

I never received the item I purchased

I never received the item I purchased. When I called them they told me it was lost and it will be replaced. Later I found out they charged me again and I was charged also for rush delivery that per manager was supposed to be free. I tried to e-mail thumbnut nobody got back to me. I tried to call them but you can't get in touch with anyone!!! Horrible customer service!!! Horrible company!!!

This is the first time I’ve ordered…

This is the first time I’ve ordered from the Columbia website and it will be the last. Their customer service phone and chat options are the worst. I’ve been on hold on both the phone & chat for over an hour. Unacceptable! Then I discovered the company is located in Portland Oregon. I wonder if their customer service reps are being held captive by Antifa. My advice to anyone anticipating a purchase, don’t!

Its, easy to get a hold of, customer service! The, problem is they do, resolve the problem. A, total waist of time in my case. We, went around and around, in circles, thru emails, al-least, 30, emails! Over, something, as simple as a promised return label, thru mail. Finally, after 6 weeks, I, received my return label. I, did not receive much return left, hope to, before I run out of time. I, only have 2 months, from day, of purchase to have return processed. Never Again!
